Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file individual and business tax returns in compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Identify potential tax credits, deductions, and savings opportunities for clients.

• Provide clear, detailed explanations of tax return results to clients.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to professional ethical standards.

• Offer basic financial advice and budgeting strategies to clients as needed.

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a tax preparer or related financial role.

• Knowledge of federal and state tax laws and filing procedures.

• Proficiency in tax preparation software and basic accounting tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Certification as a Tax Preparer (preferred but not required).
